CONVENIENT NEW FUNCTIONS INTRODUCED ON SMARTWASTE APP

SMARTwaste App – for even better monitoring.

New functions have been introduced on the SMARTwaste App that make it possible to see when automated emptying requests have been sent and whether they are still active. The SMARTwaste App can also be used to request additional emptyings.

Users can also view explanations of the symbols if needed and save notes to the app. The SMARTwaste App also notifies if an emergency stop button is active.

Five new functions on the SMARTwaste App:

1. Notification if an emergency stop button is active.
2. Notification of when an automated emptying request has been sent and whether it is active.
3. Notification of when additional emptying request has been sent and when the additional emptying has been completed.
4. Possibility to save notes in the app, such as details about the condition and location of equipment.
5. Possibility to view explanations of the symbols.

NEW AUTOMATED BALE COUNTER AND EMPTYING REQUEST FUNCTION MANAGES YOUR WASTE BALES FOR YOU

SMARTwaste App – for even better monitoring.

Europress SMART has new functions that further facilitate your daily waste management tasks. The automated bale counter keeps track of the number of waste bales that have been made, while the automated emptying request function requests emptyings automatically.

The automated emptying request function sends a notification to the user’s SMARTwaste App, and the bale countern resets itself. The bale counter can also be reset manually if needed.

The new functions are available on both the SMARTweb Portal and the SMARTwaste App.

How the new functions work:

  1. The user defines the maximum number of waste bales.
  2. When the maximum number is reached, the collection partner chosen by the user receives an emptying request by e-mail.
  3. The collection partner collects the waste bales.
  4. A notification about the emptying request is sent to the user’s SMARTwaste App.

The bale counter resets itself.

The new functions are available starting from 30 August 2021. We welcome you to begin using them!
