We have introduced a number of useful updates to the SMART Portal that make waste management smarter than ever. An e-mail notifying about the addition or removal of a device is sent to those members of the group who have given their consent to recieving e-mail notifications.

1.  Members of the group who have given their consent to receiving e-mail notifications will receive an e-mail whenever a device is added or removed.

2.  The ”Bales ready” column on the device list can now be filtered, allowing users to sort the information according to their needs.

3. The device list can also be filtered by type of device (compactor/baler).

4. The fill level colours on the homepage are now the same as the analytics colours.

5.  The fill level markings on the history tab are now the same as those on the homepage.

6.  An automated fault notification can be sent directly from the device to Europress service (pilot available only in Finland at this time). Fault notifications include, for example, oil leaks, power supply faults, valve faults and safety circuit faults.

7.  Ability to see the date the device was connected to SMART.

Send service requests via the SMARTwaste mobile app in order to record to the service history on the device!
