Europress Group Oy’s whistleblowing channel


This internal whistleblowing channel can be used to report any suspected misconduct or unethical activity.

All reports are treated confidentially

Only persons authorised by us are notified about whistleblowing reports and process them. Your identity and the information you send are protected, and we treat your report confidentially in accordance with the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive. If you wish, you can also report anonymously.

During processing, we may ask you for additional information if necessary. In this case, you will receive a notification in your e-mail, after which you can log in to the Viestikanava whistleblowing channel with your credentials so that you can see the messages we send you and, if you wish, reply to them.

Delivery confirmation

We strive to confirm delivery of reports within seven days. You will be notified within three months about any action that has been taken. Delivery notifications will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
